Cyphers converts data to HR Analytics

How do you at Cyphers deal with large amounts of data?

“We work a lot with healthcare institutions. These are pre-eminent places that have enormous amounts of data. The trick is then to convert this data into
information so that the right decisions can be made with HR Analytics. We work with Microsoft PowerBI and are skilled at transforming data into valuable information.”

 

What did you do with data from askemo in that transformation process?

“We are Business Intelligence specialists with an understanding of economics. This enables us to view data from a unique perspective and empathize with what is most relevant to the customer.. For Skillz-Up we worked with askemo on all kinds of dashboards, which we built with PowerBI. The dashboards quickly show what exactly is going on at different levels and with different employees. We create such a dashboard by unlocking data from the system and processing it in the dashboard that we have built. In this way, Cyphers converts data into HR Analytics.”

Does that work somewhat?

“Askemo contains very interesting HR data. You can often and quickly gauge certain facets of employee satisfaction, without getting irritated or spending a lot of time on this. Yet by asking the right questions, you get relevant and rich data We only put a plug in the back of the system. This works well because askemo’s API is very user-friendly. As a result, together with askemo, we have managed to create beautiful HR dashboards. In fact, Askemo and Cyphers form a golden combination for gaining immediate insights into what is happening with your employees.”

 

Could you show some of these dashboards?

“Yes, I will show you some screenshots so we can discuss the different functions per dashboard.” 

 

“This is what a general HR Analytics dashboard can look like. You can set all kinds of filters on the left. This way you can zoom in further per category or per aggregation level. You can also compare the scores with certain benchmarks that you want to achieve.” 

 

“A specific employer has been clicked here. All employees who fall under this are compared with the benchmark. For example, here you can see at a glance that there is still a lot to be gained in the field of collaboration. That is of course very relevant information, on which an employer can immediately take action.”

 

 

“In this last screenshot, we have zoomed in on a specific employee. Here too, the total scores of this employee can be seen and they are compared with the benchmark. What is really interesting if you look at this level is that this employee provides a qualitative solution to increase vitality. This employee has expressed a desire to incorporate more exercise into their day. Implementing such quick solutions can significantly boost employee satisfaction by embracing ideas that originate from the employees themselves, resulting in a true win-win scenario.”

 

So you show relevant information to your customers in a simple way that they can then use?

  “Yes, that’s right. In terms of content, the data was and is extremely relevant. If you cannot present it in the correct form, a lot of value is lost. We combine form and content in beautiful HR Analytics dashboards, and that provides added value for our customers.”
