At Comicro and Diagnost-IQ, people are deeply committed to their work. In an environment where quality, responsibility and collaboration are central. That demands a lot from people. And that is precisely why it is important to keep checking in on how they are doing.
Not just in figures. But in words. In experience. In what is sometimes said between the lines.
For the HR team, the aim was clear: to create space for feedback from across the organisation. For what employees experience in their work, in collaboration and in day-to-day practice.
But that space does not come naturally. The workload is high. Calendars are full. And not everyone finds it easy to speak up in a meeting or via a formal survey.
The question that kept coming up was: how do we ensure that people feel heard, without making it burdensome or complicated?
Together with askemo, Loïs and her colleagues opted for an accessible approach. No lengthy questionnaires or fixed assessment points, but brief check-ins that fit in with the rhythm of work.
Staff can respond via email or a simple message. Whenever it suits them. In their own words. That makes it easier to share something. Even when it comes to doubts, frustration or a need for improvement.
What she considers important is that listening doesn’t stop at gathering feedback. Signals only gain value when they are understood and taken seriously.
Askemo helps to collate feedback and identify patterns. What are the broader concerns? Where are the friction points? Where is there a need for discussion or change?
That provides direction. Not by solving everything immediately, but by having the right conversations in the right places.

For Diagnost-IQ and Comicro, this is not a project, but a way of working. Keep listening. Keep aligning. Keep improving.
Because good care starts with people who feel seen and heard.
