    Wat is askemo?

    Askemo is een actiegericht, laagdrempelig MTO-platform. Waar traditionele MTO’s éénmalig zijn, geeft askemo continu inzichten in wat er nú speelt op de werkvloer. Met askemo voer je laagdrempelig en actiegericht je Medewerkersonderzoek (MTO) uit, maar ook Employee NPS (eNPS), Onboarding- en Exitsurveys, PSA, PMO en andere uitvragen. De focus ligt niet op rapporten maar op directe actie: elke meting eindigt met een concreet actieplan voor HR, lijnmanagers én directie.
    Askemo meet motivatie, bevlogenheid en betrokkenheid in plaats van alleen tevredenheid, zodat je ongewenst verloop en onverwacht verzuim voorkomt. Askemo wordt gebruikt door organisaties van 50 tot meer dan 5.000+ medewerkers in Nederland. Prijs: vanaf €200 per maand.

    Vervangt askemo het klassieke MTO?

    Askemo kan het klassieke jaarlijkse MTO volledig vervangen, maar hoeft dat niet.     Wat is het verschil tussen askemo en een traditioneel MTO-bureau?

    Een traditioneel MTO-bureau voert jaarlijks een onderzoek uit en levert een rapport op dat de organisatie zelf moet opvolgen. Askemo is een software-platform waarop organisaties zelf continu of periodiek feedback verzamelen, direct inzichten ontvangen per afdeling en team, en actiepunten genereren zonder tussenkomst van een bureau. Dit is sneller, goedkoper en levert hogere responspercentages op.

    Koppelt askemo met bestaande HR-systemen?

    Ja. Askemo koppelt met veelgebruikte Nederlandse HR-systemen zoals AFAS en Nmbrs. Medewerkerdata wordt automatisch gesynchroniseerd, zodat je geen handmatige imports nodig hebt en surveys altijd naar de juiste mensen worden gestuurd.
